He humbly refers to himself as just “Sheet Metal Rick,” but we know that title doesn’t begin to capture who he truly is. Rick is a son, a father, a pappy, a coworker, a leader, a mentor, a champion, and a friend. He has shaped our culture, guided countless teammates, and set a standard of integrity and dedication that will live on long after today.
